HOW MUCH DO YOU CARE

Today is Christmas Eve. Most Americans are scurrying about doing what they do. Many Moms are cooking; some Dads are hurrying to buy those things that they did not think of before. Others are excited to see the holiday football games while still others getting ready to try out the gifts they opened early. It is called busy busy busy! There are also the have-nots who won’t be involved in any of the above; some by choice, some by circumstance. Polls reveal that less and less Americans are even aware that Christmas is really about the birth of Jesus Christ. Less and less homes have Bibles in them that are ever read. Yet inside the cover of that complicated appearing book, rest the very words that our God in heaven wanted us to dwell on daily. He introduced us to a complete manual on how to have and enjoy an abundance life of peace, power, pre-eminence and prosperity. Why would we not want to know more?

This morning on the floor of the United States Senate, a bill was passed which will change the lives of every one of us if it goes any further in the process. All experts agree that within 4 or 5 five years the financial impact on Americans will be crushing to the point that by 2050 this once prosperous nation, the home of the American dream will be gone forever in the dust of time. We are about to succumb to an enemy force of devil driven socialists who now control our nation. They are not motivated by what is good for you or the poor, but by position power and money. Our leaders are very self-consumed men and women who have no concern about your future, only theirs.

What is the answer? There are many opinions, but the one thing to keep in mind is that they do not respond to your opinions. What you think is of little or no interest to them. You can generate or forward 10,000 emails a day and they don’t care. You can complain to all your family and friends today and it may not change one thing.

There is on thing that will change this government and it is the one thing that the most of you really have no true concept about. That one thing is prayer. Very few Americans that I encounter really have any knowledge of a Holy Spirit led prayer. Prayer that gets results is birthed in the spirit of a man and fueled by a working knowledge of the Word of God. If those words seem foreign to you, then I have just proved my point. God did not give us the spirit of fear but a spirit of power, love and a sound mind. However; fear of loss seems to be one thing that will finally wake up people. I do advocate or allow any fear to operate in my life but the addressing of the fact that the future of this nation is in great peril and most will do nothing but complain.

Enjoy your families today and tomorrow. Love them and take extra time to see what you have. Walk over to the Bible that may have a bit of dust on it and a few pages stuck together; ask God to show you what is in that awesome book which will help you join serious pray warrior in this battle of the ages. We have not lost yet and every possibility of winning. The Bible says, “…..The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available [dynamic in its working].” Tell me, how deeply do you feel about the future home of your children, or your grandchildren, or even yourself?

This Thanksgiving Day finds America in a place where many Christians are afraid of what might happen with the present demon controlled administration in charge. Let me offer you a different picture. They should be afraid of us instead of us being afraid of them. Why do you think they continue to put out these urgent messages every time they want to pull the wool over the eyes of Americans? You know what I mean, news releases used to totally get folks in fear such as, “this flu pandemic will kill millions of people.” Then, of course, they introduce their answer motivated totally by evil plans. The truth is, they want to rule us with fear and move their legislations, appointments and executive orders while most Americans are still wavering from the fear tactic. My Bible tells me in several places not to fear. In fact Isaiah 54:14 says, “In righteousness you shall be established; You shall be far from oppression, for you shall not fear; And from terror, for it shall not come near you.” How much stronger can God speak to us than for you shall not fear? Come on, what is it about “you shall not” that you don’t understand?

Let me interpret this passage for those who overcomplicate simple facts. God is saying, if you simply hook up with Jesus, our righteousness, and put your trust in Him instead of the threats of evil demon controlled people, you can defeat oppression and fear. If you do that, terror cannot come near you. Try this, when you hear news that is alarming, simply say this. “I refuse to fear!” I simply refuse to fear and when fear threatens me I say out loud, “I refuse to fear.” I know what one of my early faith teachers meant now when he said that some Christians think the devil is bigger that God.

A few years ago my wife and I were served with a federal lawsuit over an issue, which we had no control over and were not at fault. However, the threat was very serious and the outcome could have totally bankrupted us along with destroying our company for good. Over the first several hours I was tied up in knots. Fear had a hold on my mind, which raced with thoughts of being wiped out. The attorneys wanted $20,000 just to write the first letter to the courts and another $50,000 to begin the process. They told me that court costs would start at $500,000 because it was a federal lawsuit. Yes, it did appear hopeless; I did say, “appear”. I learned a long time ago the acronym for FEAR is, False Evidence Appearing Real. When the devil wants to take you off course, he will use false evidence every time. Don’t fall for it, REFUSE TO FEAR.

Well after about 24 hours I realized I had let fear attack me so I shouted, “I refuse to fear!” AS though it were a miracle, all of a sudden I had like a gift of faith kick in and God began to orchestrate the whole thing. I declared,

“No weapon formed against you shall prosper,
And every tongue which rises against you in judgment
You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).”

I condemned those tongues and in a few months we were totally vindicated because with my mouth I put God back in control through His word. I even set that scripture in front of me at the only court hearing we ever had and said out loud, “I declare that Jesus Christ is now Lord over this court room.” Guess what, He was and is and we were set free from the threat of that horrible enemy attack. In addition, the terrible people coming against us had to pay the court bills.

Americans, we must declare that Jesus is Lord over of this nation, why should we fear? Jesus is Lord and you must get your mouths open and declare it, now! Just say it, Jesus is Lord over The United States, my state (name it), my city (name it), my household and my family. The Bible says, “Greater is He who is in me than he (the devil/ fear) who is in the world.”

Praise Him today brothers and sisters and thank Him for this great nation that He has given us and that we are going to keep. God inhabits our praises according to the Bible, so lets give him a great place of honor and praise in our lives today, Thanksgiving Day, and every day.

I do not plan for the devil to destroy the things God has given us. Take authority over fear and win!

I was there!!!! I joined over a million wonderful Americans on that day along with my wife, Sandee.

So how many were really there? News media says tens of thousands, Fox says 75,000, and The White House says, “No one of any importance, just some radical right wingers." University of Illinois estimates through satellite imagery, 1.7 million. Do the numbers really matter? When I stood shoulder to shoulder in a thick sea of enthusiastic Americans I saw the zeal of hundreds of thousands. I saw the passion that made us a great nation. I saw the passion that made us victorious in the revolutionary war, World War I and World War II. If the liberal kooks had not been in control we would have wiped up North Korea and Vietnam the same way. If they would allow us to do it right, our troops would have harnessed Iraq and Afghanistan a long time ago.

I loved the people that attended. Their signs and slogans were so original and creative. When it was over, they all stacked their trash in the waste receptacles provided and NO ONE was arrested! Think about that. These are true Americans. There were numerous speakers including politicians of all colors. They are sick and tired of the race accusations of the liberals. Obama may be half black but guess what, he is also half white! Who cares about that? I don’t; I just don’t want my children and grandchildren to live in socialism and eventually not be allowed to hear the gospel preached.

Be encouraged! There were people from every state including Alaska. Their fervor was like an NFL football game or a NASCAR event. These people all paid their own way; they were not hired by some Obama recruited group like Acorn or a labor union. They were not coached and told what to say or cheer for. They were there because their hearts are connected with this nation, not just their own little personal problems.

Let us get out of the “fear” mode that some are into. Why should we be fearful when main stream American is not ready to give up its freedom? The Bible clearly states, “…..greater is He (Jesus) that is in us than he (the devil) that is in the world.” If you are a true Christian, greater is the God inside you than the devil driving many of the leaders in the current administration. So you think I am judging, absolutely I admit I am making a judgment call. Jesus said, “…you shall know them by their fruits.” If what they do and say resembles the devil, just “connect the dots” as they say.

Speak out what you want, quit saying, “Well I guess they are just going to take over this country and I am just a little peanut without a shell….woe is me.” Nonsense, we have the winning hand and America has the Spirit of the living God wanting to rise up in us.

THE ROOT REVIVAL

NOTICE: To all Christians who are ready to fight for this nation.

“Revival begins when Christians go back to how they were when they first were born again. They were excited enough to tell their neighbors and family about Jesus,” proclaimed Charles G. Finney, a minister who has been called "The Father of Modern Revivalism"(1.) (1792-1875.) He also stated, "A revival may be expected when Christians have a spirit of prayer for a revival. That is, when they pray as if their hearts were set upon it."

THE FIRST LANDING

In 1607, after 4 months at sea, a small group of Christian believers landed at Cape Henry, which is located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. They placed a large wooden cross on the beach and dedicated Virginia and America (the new world) to the Lord Jesus Christ. As British citizens, they also dedicated this new land to the King of England. This group did not settle at that location but sailed on up the James River a few miles and settled at Jamestown, Virginia. Cape Henry is located on the south entrance to the Chesapeake Bay and this location has always been prominent to our country and its freedom. In 1781, the final battle of the American Revolutionary War was won in nearby Yorktown when the French Navy came to the aide of General George Washington and defeated the British Navy. General Cornwallis, under siege and desperate for supplies, was eventually forced to surrender which ended the Revolutionary War. This navy battle took place in the mouth of the Chesapeake in front of Cape Henry.

ROOT REVIVAL

Sandee, my wife of 44 years, and I were in this area for the past 11 months. We visited the Jamestown settlement, the Yorktown battlefields, several Civil War Battle sites and major things pertaining to our heritage in Washington D.C. This winter we rented a house right on the ocean. We were able to spend much time in prayer over the last 4 months. As a result, the Lord has shown us much. One day as I walked and prayed I heard the Lord speak to me about revival of our nation.

I heard Him say, “Call it the “root revival” because it will start at the root of our nation where it all began and will sweep this nation for Jesus.“

On May 1, 2009, Sandee and I visited the site of the First Landing, which is now inside the confines of Fort Story. We climbed the old lighthouse, which was the first building ever built by the Federal Government of the United States. From the observation deck overlooking the cross and the beach, I prophesied the following:

“I declare Jesus Christ as Lord over this nation. I rebuke you Satan and all your forces of darkness and serve notice that we are driving you out with the Word of God and in the name of Jesus. I bind those demon forces and refuse their further penetration into our land. I command them to leave all areas of our nation, including government, politics, education, business, religion, homes; all areas! I close all portals of entry to spirits of darkness and post the ministering spirits (angels) to stand guard."

As Sandee and I stood praying, we observed a U.S. Navy battleship sitting a few hundred yards away as if guarding the entrance to the Chesapeake Bay. I called upon God to send multitudes of angels to guard the entrance to this nation much like the battleship was doing. I further declared that as I set my foot on the beach below, it would trigger the “ROOT REVIVAL." I felt a definite anointing of the Holy Spirit as I spoke and prayed with Sandee. When my foot hit the sand I declared the “ROOT REVIVAL" had its' beginning, would now sweep this nation for Jesus and it would not cease until the harvest was complete.

NATION IN PERIL

Our nation is in great peril with attacks coming through numerous portals. Our president has prophesied an end to America as a Christian nation. Perverse sexual activists seem to have voices louder than the “church.” Anyone protesting abortion or professing Jesus is considered an extreme right-wing terrorist. Satan has tried to make American Christians look silly, obsolete, retarded, out of touch and people with mental glitches.

I believe that Christians everywhere are sensing something new and powerful is upon us. I am finding it easier than ever to witness to people. Everywhere we go Christians are open to prayer and encouragement. If you want us to pray for you, email us your situation.

TIME TO FIGHT

Sandee and I are full of fight. It is time to FIGHT. The Bible says we are laborers together with God. (1 Co 3: 9) On April 15, 2009 Sandee believes that there was a great release of the anointing on many Christians.

Lets go get’em and turn this nation around.

God's Power or Politically Correct

Hey Christian, how far are we willing to go with political correctness?



A belated Merry Christmas to all, not “happy holiday”! Are you confused about political correctness? When customer service folks or store checkout people issue the “happy holiday” greeting to me I cheerfully smile and say, “Yes, Merry Christmas!” More often than not I get a relieved response, which indicates they are under orders not to mention anything that would “offend” the wrong folks. Thus we should not be disgusted with the person, but the way we have yielded to an anti-Christ movement in our nation. Is it possible that we Christians are the ones who should get offended?



When Jesus taught us to “take no offense”, He did not in anyway mean that we were not to fight for what is right or what we believe. The Jesus who gave us life through His death was not a pussycat at all. He dealt harshly and directly with the politically correct, the moneychangers and the RELIGIOUS of His day. Do any of those ring a bell for you? Are you aware of any of those right now? Any observation of the news and the dynamic events of this year will illuminate all of the above. So why do we tolerate all these attacks on the knowledge of The God of Peace, our Lord and Savior, Jesus, the Anointed One! Do you feel any fight in your bones right now? If you do then that means that you are potentially ready to do something outside your comfort zone. If you have no fight in you for the Gospels sake, perhaps it is time to ask God for some fire in your belly. Fire to reignite the power that is resident in every believer, the dunamis, dynamic power of the Holy Spirit. God used that power to create numerous miracles and to raise Jesus from the dead.



The Bible declares, “I can do all things through Christ…..” Here Christ means the anointed one and His anointing. Thus, I can do all things through the powerful anointing of Jesus Christ Himself! There is no higher nor mightier power on earth or in any heaven which dare compare to the very power of The Holy Spirit. Behold, Jesus declared, I have given you (each and every believer) power and authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions (evil of all kinds), go with that power, take that authority and go do something!



God used no man or woman to bring the gospel in person to me. God used no man or woman to personally bring a message of believing God (faith) to me. I would daily do what I saw in the word and began to learn from powerful men of God through tapes and books. As I would exercise the name of Jesus over situations, some people would get saved, some would get healed, some delivered from darkness, agriculture crops would be restored, threatening storms averted and countless other victories. Even this year, over 30 years later, a young woman was brought to Sandee and I for help. She had been diagnosed with cancer and was filled with much fear. She had no concept of Jesus but as we ministered to her in faith, the power of God took over. She gave her heart to Jesus and then the power to overcome fear came. The cancer was bound and today she is healed of cancer. God did it but we had to risk something to activate the power to work on her behalf.



What are you willing to risk today to experience God’s power working for you?

Be Thankful and Do Not Fear

Be Thankful!

What are you thankful for this thanksgiving? Are there things you are not thankful for? It is so easy sometimes to be concerned about our have-nots and not really inventory the good things going on in our favor.

Here are some things I am thankful for and items I do not take for granted:

1. The great marriage of 43 years that Sandee and I have, 30 of them Christ centered.
2. 4 wonderful children all with God fearing mates.
3. 8 awesome grandchildren with God loving, Christian parents.
4. A loving savior, Jesus Christ, who the Bible says will never leave me nor forsake me, or my precious family!
5. Freedom in our nation to be who I want to be.
6. Freedom to fellowship with whom I want to spend time with.
7. Freedom to worship where I want to worship.
8. Freedom to minister to whom God leads me to.
9. Freedom to write this email without being censored for subject matter.
10. Freedom to own and possess rifles, shotguns and pistols.
11. Freedom to get on a highway of my choice and travel anywhere I chose.
12. Freedom for my grandchildren to be educated where their parents chose.
13. Freedom to vote and voice my opinions to those in leadership.
14. Freedom to start, own and run any business I so desire.

One email I received today was from a man who said he was thankful for the change coming with the new president. I agree that we need change but the change that is needed and imperative is not the one represented by the apparent new president, but something quite different. The change that is important for every one of us who claims that we love God and His son, Jesus Christ, is to not take Him for granted. Even for those of us in ministry, it is not church as usual that will bring about the future most of us desire. This is a very critical time to focus our lives on what it is God wants for us and to remove ourselves from the fear planted and watered by our massive media.

Often people mention the trials of Job when things are not going well. If you carefully read the first chapters of Job you find that he was constantly worried and fretting about his family and his fortune. Then finally he admits, “For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come upon me.” Job3:25.

We must not be “Jobs” at this very churning time in our nation. We must not let fear and worry dominate, consume and direct our lives nor influence our decisions. Even Franklin D. Roosevelt said, "We have nothing to fear but fear itself.”

Even if you are already a believer, why not speak this out right now, “Jesus, I want you to be my Lord and Savior.” Please lead today by your Spirit, Lord, in the way that I should go so that I may be the person you want me to be and accomplish the things you want me to accomplish. I refuse to fear or worry about the future but rejoice that my name is written in the Lamb’s book of life.

POLARIZATION PART I

NOTE: This is not a Democrat vs. Republican appeal but rather information every Christian must hear.

I am appealing to all Christians in America in an hour that may be darker than you think. America is severely off course and wrong polarization is a major factor. Please pay great attention to this word, polarization. I am not referring to the polar ice caps or polar bears but rather choosing sides in a certain situation. More than that, it has to do with how we think and the basis for which we make decisions. Bluntly stated, Christians are way too polarized in their political decisions. This polarization may cause close-mindedness and shortsightedness. The question is whose side are you on and why?

The Bible tells us in Romans 8:17 that we are to be led by the Spirit of God. Thus if we can only be led by what Momma said or by what keeps us from buckling under peer pressure, we are no different from an insecure teenager who follows the crowd, just to be accepted. The liberal news media, CBS, NBC, CNN, ABC, MSNBC, Washington Post, New York Times and many others, loves to intimidate people into believing like they do. They present “their” news as fact, but in actuality they are simply presenting their view of the news; not always actual fact. Christians must wake up.

When was the last time you made a subjective decision based on new information and not simply on your “mindset”? I grew up in a very liberal household where there was only one political party and the other party or parties were to be hated. In fact if you were a Republican, you were probably stupid, had 3rd degree brain damage, and were genetically short in reasoning. As my wife and I grew in life and entered the business world, we began to see some problems with how we thought. I am not sold out to any particular political party; however, if the Democrat party is your choice and you are a Christian, you must be made aware of some things. According to Jesus, a true Christian is one who accepts Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior; thus, becomes “born again”. Jesus said, “I am the light of the world”.

One must next become aware of what an atheist is. An atheist is a person who does not believe in God at all. Thus, total darkness. The Bible says, “What fellowship has light with dark?” which means simply Christianity and Atheism do not mix. One cannot be a Jesus believer and an atheist at the same time.

True socialism is a godless and an atheistic system of controlling people through government. Only the elite are allowed to govern in this system. Okay, so that sounds ridiculously obvious; however, today’s Democrat party is a party that is committed to socialist (atheistic) views. One may say, “well I know so and so, who is a Democrat, and they are good Christians.” So and so may believe and say they are Christians but that does not make it right for them or you to mix the Gospel of Jesus Christ with socialism, NO WAY! Can a Democrat be a Christian? Of course they can; however, the association is like baked Alaska, a desert made of ice cream baked in an oven. Comparing the ice cream to the Christian, you may melt very rapidly in the heat of the association. Ovens have a way of destroying ice cream. Jesus said the branches look like the tree. Ever hear the statement, “The nut does not fall far from the tree?” Here, Atheism is the tree.

Do all Republicans walk in the light? No Way. There are Republican leaders who are too corrupt to be identified with light. There will soon be a whole new Christian based movement in America. It will NOT resemble the shambles that both political parties are in at the present time. There will be more on this in later writings; however, you personally need to get involved at all costs regardless of who wins this current election. Our nation is where it is today largely because Christian concentrated too much on being Sunday religious and not enough on being concerned about the world around them.

A few decades ago, the Democrat party was much like today’s moderate Republicans and they held some Christian views. Are Republicans all Christians? Heavens no! The polarization is wrong when there are only two things you can be in this world, either Democrat of Republican. The true polarization that Jesus spoke of is light versus dark, the two of them are opposites and do not mix. The bottom line is this, if you want to call yourself a Christian, you must head for the light, not the darkness. Jesus is the tree and we are the branches!

Let us look at some choices of light and darkness:

Is killing a baby for any reason an example of light or darkness? Note: Of the 50 million abortions committed in American, less than 1% was for rape or incest reasons. The total sum of the Democrat Senators and Democrats in the House of Representatives and some Republicans are pro-abortion. Those people will fight with all their might against bringing a conservative constitutional judge to the courts that will deny abortion. If Obama becomes President, then there could be 3 new liberal judges appointed. Wholesale abortion?
